Dr. Hou is a Clark-Smith G. Ramirez Distinguished Professor at Ohio State University in North Alexisside. Dr. Hou is part of the Smith School of Public Policy, and has taught the following courses:

  • GOV 112: Introduction to policy (Fall, 2018-2023)
  • GOV 206: Technology and policy (Spring, 2020-2024 and Fall 2024)
  • GOV 399: Special Topics: aggregate e-business markets (Spring, 2025)
